With more than 35 years of experience in business, negotiation, mediation, and real estate, Lisa Conner has always been in the business of people. Today, she brings that lifetime of wisdom into her work as a professional coach—offering clients a calm, compassionate presence and the tools to navigate change, rediscover purpose, and reclaim their wellbeing.

Lisa doesn’t just coach from theory—she coaches from lived experience. Over the years, she has worked through complex life decisions, supported others in crisis, and walked with clients through grief, career pivots, health challenges, and personal reinvention.   • Health and Wellness Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with advanced training in Lifestyle Medicine through Harvard Medical School and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Functional Diagnostic Nutrition – Practitioner training in progress.
  • Certifications in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Wellness Counseling, and Plant-Based Medicine from Cornell University.
  • Extensive experience in grief support (David Kessler), crisis counseling (Crisis Text Line), and trauma-informed care, including the Biology of Trauma Professional Program.
  • In-depth psychological and therapeutic training, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Sleep Disorders, Stress Management and Resiliency Training (S.M.A.R.T.), Art Therapy, Reflective Journaling, P.A.R.T. (Positivity and Relaxation Training), and Resilient Youth.
  • Additional studies in breathwork, substance use and addiction recovery, breast cancer rehabilitation, and happiness.
