Casa Renae is both a book and a coaching journey.

First, it’s my teaching memoir, Casa Renae: Outgrowing Your Story and
Coming Home to Yourself—a room-by-room walk through the inner house
we all carry: Front Door, Entryway, Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, Attic,
Basement, Back Deck, Hearth, and Candle.

Then, for those who want support living this work, Casa Renae becomes
a guided coaching experience. Together, we explore your own “rooms”
gently and at your pace—unpacking what you’ve been carrying, honoring
how you survived, and slowly rebuilding a sense of home inside yourself.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be remembered.

How Casa Renae Coaching Works

Casa Renae coaching is a private, trauma-informed, nervous-systemaware space designed for people who have spent a lifetime being “the strong one.”

Across our work together, we might:

  • Visit rooms like The Entryway, Living Room, Kitchen, or Basement in your own story
  • Use reflection, journaling, and simple somatic practices to help your body feel a little safer
  • Tend grief and anger that were never allowed a place at the table
  • Practice what it means to rest and belong without earning it
  • Explore what patterns you’re ready to let end with you—as a new
    ancestor

How It Works (Email + Shipping)

  • After purchase, you’ll receive an email from me within a few days with: a link to schedule your Open House 1:1 call, and

  • Physical items (book + candle + soap + tea) are made and curated in small batches in Anchorage, Alaska. Please allow 3–5 weeks for your signed book and housewarming gifts to arrive. They’re worth the wait.
