With a deep passion for helping individuals thrive through every stage of life, Lisa brings compassion, insight, and proven strategies to each coaching session. After overcoming her own life challenges — including loss, reinvention, and recovery — Lisa made it her mission to guide others through their own journeys with resilience and hope.

Certified in transformational coaching, addiction recovery support, health and wellness training, stress management, youth resiliency, grief and loss, reinvention, entrepreneurial endeavors, and much more. Lisa’s approach blends real-world experience with evidence-based techniques.

Therapy

Coaching

  • Not based in mental health treatment, but in forward-focused transformation
